Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Information Technology and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) of the Company's Performance with Sustainable Competitive Advantage as an intervening variable. Object of this research is the workshops authorized Toyota network in Central Java and Yogyakarta, Indonesia.This research is an empirical study with a sample of the entire population in the data collection. Data obtained by conducting a survey of 30 Chief and Assistant Chief Workshop an authorized Toyota network in Central Java and Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Data analysis was done using descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). The type of SEM in this study is the variance based SEM or Partial Least Square (PLS) SEM using an application program SmartPLS (Partial Least Square) 2.0 M3.Based on the calculation result R2 is known that variable of Information Technology, Customer Relationship Management, and Sustainable Competitive Advantage Companies able to explain the variable performance of 57.87%, while 42.13% is explained by factors outside the model. Thus, indicating that the resulting model is good and has a level of closeness that a strong correlation (substantial).

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the influences of leadership styleand new technology implementation on role conflictto impactemployee performance. Using these variables, the usage of these variables are able to solve the arising problem within officer Charoen Pokphand Semarang. Statement of this problem is how increase employee performance?.The samples size of this research is 135officerCharoen Pokphand Semarang. Using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Abstract

Pelayanan yang prima sangat dibutuhkan dalam memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan untuk sebuah perusahaan mencapai World Class Services, dan kecepatan pelayanan menjadi target utama dalam pencapaian kepuasan pelanggan di PT PLN (Persero). Untuk mewujudkannya maka PT PLN (Persero) melakukan restrukturisasi melalui Program Debirokratisasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan kondisi perusahaan sebelum dan setelah dilakukan restrukturisasiterhadap kinerja perusahaan, kepuasan karyawan, dan kepuasan pelanggan dengan melihat perbedaan pada 2 (dua) area yang belum dan sudah direstrukturisasi, atas dasar ini diajukan model teoritis dan 3 hipotesis untuk diuji beda dengan uji-t tidak berpasangan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 57 karyawan dan 103 pelanggan pada PT. PLN (Persero) Area Magelang dan UL Salatiga.Hasil dari analisis memiliki nilai t-hitung kinerja perusahaan -0,91 (t-tabel 1,99), kepuasan karyawan 7,76 (t-tabel 2,00) , dan kepuasan pelanggan 4,11 (t-tabel 1,98) yang menunjukkan bahwa restrukturisasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan, sedangkan terhadap kepuasan karyawan dan kepuasan pelanggan restrukturisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan.

Abstract

The business world is now facing more challenges: limited resources, increasing competition and rapidly changing environment. Demands in the distribution company also added by increasing the amount of principal that shorten the distribution channel. PT. Aga is the official distributor of paint products from PT. A for the Central Java. PT. Aga’s performance who continued to decline during the past two years after the change of management becomes a problem.The aim of this study was to examine the factors that should be improved by PT. Aga to improve itsdistribution performance. This study uses the relationship view as a background theory. Relationship Quality between PT. Aga with its customers, and PT. Aga’s Adaptation Capabilities are factors that will be examined related to competitive advantage and performance.The sample was 200 customers of PT. Aga. 124 questionnaires were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis shows that the Adaptation Capabilities to the Environment and Relationship Qualityto its customers, have a significant positive influence on performance, either directly or indirectly.PT. Aga should have paid more attention to the Adaptation Abilities, by increasing the communication speed when a change in principal’s policy, and improve the ability to cope with non-routine products / new products, in order to increase their competitive advantage, which ultimately increases its performance.

Abstract

PT. Kimia Farma Plant Semarang Manufacturing is one of the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) specializing in the pharmaceutical field, in which for the production activity in the region is in manufacturing cosmetics Seamarang national scale. In 2012 the performance of employees of PT. Kimia Farma Plant Semarang Manufacturing decreased from previous years. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine how to improve the performance of employees at PT. Kimia Farma Manufacturing Plant Semarang.This research was conducted by analyzing the factors that affect the performance of employees with transformational leadership variable, job satisfaction variable and loyalty variable as an intervening variable. This research by developing a theoretical model by proposing five hypotheses to be tested by using Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analytical tool. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT. Kimia Farma Manufacturing Plant Semarang totaling 80 people.The results of data processing by using PLS to the theoretical models have met the discriminant validity, value Average Variance Extracted (AVE) and the Test of Composite Realibility. The processing results can be stated that the model meets the criteria for a reliable and feasible for use. These results indicate that employee performance can be improved by job satisfaction and transformational leadership. Perception of transformational leadership are good and high job satisfaction will affect the performance of employees of PT. Kimia Farma Manufacturing Plant Semarang.

Abstract

This study has the main purpose to test the effect of the components of intellectual capital (VAICTM), namely CEE (Capital Employed Efficiency) HCE (Human Capital Efficiency), SCE (Structural Capital efficieny) on financial performance projected by ROA (Return on Assets), ROE (Return on Equity), ATO (Assets Turnover), and GR (Growth Rate) in non-financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2012-2014.This research was conducted by using Partial Least Square (PLS) for data analysing. The research sample are 82 non-financial companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The requirements are companies with stable profit in 3 years, have enough component for calculating Value Added (VA), and have IDR (Rupiah) as the currency for financial report.The findings of this study is to indicate that there is a positive effect of intellectual capital components (VAICTM) on the financial performance of the company. Components of IC (VAICTM) also affect future financial performance. Overall, the empirical findings of this study stated that CEE (Capital Employed Efficiency) and SCE (Structural Capital efficieny) is a significant indicator for VAICTM on financial performance in the same year, CEE is a significant indicator of financial performance in the future. Limitations of this study is the use of all non-financial companies which qualify the needs assessment value added (value added) for 3 consecutive years - participated.
